Fraccional is LatAm's first digital platform for fractional real estate investment. We enable fractional ownership of real estate properties starting from CLP $100,000 (approx. USD $100), connecting real estate developers with thousands of investors. Based in Chile with projects across the region: Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, Spain, and Miami (USA).
